ROLE INFO:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Solar Design Engineer to develop efficient and cost-effective solar power system designs for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects. The candidate will work closely with sales, engineering, and project execution teams to deliver technically sound renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
  • Prepare system layouts, SLDs, and electrical drawings.
  • Perform energy generation and system performance calculations.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare technical proposals and project documentation.
  • Optimize system design for maximum efficiency and cost savings.
  • Coordinate with project execution teams during implementation.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support tender submissions and client presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in solar design or EPC projects.
  • Knowledge of Solar PV system components and design principles.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and solar design software.
  • Understanding of electrical calculations and grid connectivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads for solar and renewable energy projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and utility sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
